Forva is an AI-powered planning tool that helps you organize your training, nutrition, and recovery schedule. It uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions based on the information you provide about your goals, preferences, and availability.
These terms apply to both the full Forva app (forva.health) and Forva Lite (lite.forva.health) — a free, protein-only variant that lets users log daily protein intake via chat. Forva Lite shares the same AI coach platform but does not generate workout plans, multi-meal schedules, or health-context coaching.
Forva is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, gym, dietitian, or licensed professional of any kind. It is a software tool that generates automated suggestions.
All plans, meal suggestions, training recommendations, and coaching feedback in Forva are generated by artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic's Claude). AI-generated content:

Nothing in Forva constitutes medical advice, nutritional counseling, or professional training guidance. Forva is not a substitute for consultation with qualified doctors, registered dietitians, certified personal trainers, or other licensed healthcare professionals.
GLP-1 Medication Warning: If you are taking GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, or similar medications), consult your prescribing physician before making changes to your diet or exercise routine. Forva's AI suggestions do not replace your doctor's guidance on nutrition and activity while on these medications.
You decide whether to follow, modify, or ignore any suggestion Forva generates. By using Forva, you acknowledge that:
Your data (profile information, events, daily logs, check-ins) is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. When you use AI features, relevant portions of your data are sent to Anthropic for processing by their Claude AI model.
Your data is not sold to third parties. It is used solely to provide and improve the service for you. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting the administrator.
Forva offers a free tier with limited AI credits. Once your free credits are used, you may subscribe to Forva Pro for unlimited AI access. Subscriptions are available as monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year) plans.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed through Stripe (web), Apple (iOS), or Google (Android) depending on your platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Because Forva is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

Forva is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forva's creators shall not be liable for any injury, health issue, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the service or its AI-generated content.
You use Forva entirely at your own risk.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Forva after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application.
