Lose the fat. Keep the muscle.
Forva is an AI-guided nutrition and training coach built specifically for adults losing weight on Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, or Mounjaro. Up to a third of weight lost on GLP-1 drugs can be muscle. Forva exists to make sure that's not the case for you.
Why Forva exists
GLP-1 medications work. They're transforming weight loss for millions of people. But the same appetite suppression that drives the fat loss makes it hard to eat enough protein — and the resulting muscle loss is the most under-discussed cost of the therapy. Lose enough muscle and you lose strength, metabolic health, and the ability to keep weight off after stopping the drug.
Most fitness apps weren't built for this. They count calories, push generic templates, and assume you're trying to lift heavy or run a marathon. Forva starts from a different premise: you're losing weight fast, your appetite is suppressed, and your job is to protect what's underneath the fat. Everything else — meal planning, training cadence, recovery — is downstream of that.
How we plan
Forva builds your week around five inputs: your protein target (computed from your weight, activity, and goal), your real-life availability windows, your dietary preferences, your training history, and any injuries or constraints you've shared.
The AI proposes a plan; you accept, modify, or reject it. Workouts are scheduled deterministically — the AI doesn't pick when you train, the planner does, based on recovery rules and your availability. The AI's job is to enrich the content (what exercises, what meals, in what amounts) and to talk through changes when something isn't working.
Every meal carries a protein target. The dashboard tracks what you've actually consumed against the day's goal, with a pacing alert if you're falling behind. You don't hit protein by lunch and coast — you distribute it across meals, because that's what the absorption science supports.
What Forva won't do
Forva is a coaching tool, not a medical service. We don't prescribe, dose, or adjust GLP-1 medications — that's between you and your doctor. We don't track every calorie or scold you for what you ate; we just want you to hit protein and protect muscle. We don't replace your prescriber, dietitian, or trainer if you have one.
The AI can make mistakes. We surface that explicitly: every plan carries a "verify with your doctor" disclaimer, and any concerning input (severe symptoms, injuries, eating disorders) routes you to professional care, not the chat.
Privacy and security
Your health data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The AI sees your goals, training, and nutrition — never your name or identifying information. We don't sell data. We don't share with insurers, advertisers, or employers. We don't run analytics SDKs that scrape behavioral data.
