1. Forva Is Not Medical Advice

Forva is a software tool that generates training and nutrition suggestions using artificial intelligence. It is not a doctor, dietitian, personal trainer, physical therapist, or any other licensed healthcare professional. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant or nursing, are recovering from injury, or are taking medication.

2. GLP-1 & Weight-Loss Medications

If you are taking GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, or similar medications), follow your prescribing physician's guidance on nutrition, hydration, and activity. Forva's AI suggestions do not replace your doctor's instructions and are not calibrated to your specific medical situation.

Stop any activity and contact your doctor if you experience pain, dizziness, severe nausea, dehydration, or any other concerning symptom.

3. How the AI Builds Your Plan

Forva's AI (Anthropic's Claude) generates plans based on the profile, goals, availability, and check-in data you provide. It reasons over these inputs to suggest workouts, meals, timing, and protein targets. The AI does not know anything you have not told it: it cannot detect injuries you did not report, medications you did not mention, or conditions you did not disclose.

AI-generated content:

May contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
May "hallucinate" — present fabricated information as fact
Does not account for medical conditions it is not told about
Should always be reviewed by you before acting on it

Verify anything important with your doctor, and adjust or ignore any suggestion that does not feel right for you.

4. Your Identity Is Never Sent to the AI

The AI never sees who you are. Forva doesn’t ask for your name; your email address and any identifiers that could link a plan back to you personally are stripped before data is sent for AI processing. The AI sees only your goals, training history, nutrition data, and the context needed to generate a useful suggestion.

5. Your Responsibility

You decide whether to follow, modify, or ignore any suggestion Forva generates. By using Forva, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for ensuring any plan is safe and appropriate for your health status.
You will consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or take medication.
You will stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
You use Forva entirely at your own risk. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.

6. Emergencies

Forva is not designed for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
