How do I reset my password?
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. You’ll receive a reset link by email.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Delete account.” This permanently removes all your data, including health logs and chat history. You can also visit forva.health/delete-account.
The AI gave me a recommendation that doesn’t feel right.
Forva is not medical advice and AI can make mistakes. Always review recommendations against your own judgment, and follow your prescribing doctor’s guidance for anything medication-related. You can decline any suggestion and ask the coach to revise it.
My week is empty after I logged in.
Open the chat tab and tap “Plan Week.” The AI will build a schedule based on your profile within about ten seconds. If nothing happens, check your network connection and try again.
I’m on a GLP-1 medication. Is Forva safe to use?
Forva is designed to complement GLP-1 treatment by ensuring you hit protein targets to preserve muscle during rapid weight loss. We do not prescribe, dose, or modify medication. Always coordinate with your prescribing physician.
Forva Pro is available for $4.99/month or $29.99/year as an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Manage or cancel on iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Forva → Cancel Subscription.
Manage or cancel on Android: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Forva → Cancel subscription.
Manage or cancel on the web: Sign in at forva.health/settings and open the billing section.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play are handled by Google at play.google.com.
Your health data is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Forva doesn’t ask for your name, and your email and identity are stripped before anything is sent to the AI — the coach sees only your goals, nutrition, and training data. For full details see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
